Month 1

Enrolment & Orientation

Registration, placement assessment, orientation session. You receive your study materials, batch schedule, and are introduced to the GNVBT support team.

Months 1–5

German Language Training (A1–B1)

Intensive classroom and live online German training from beginner (A1) through intermediate (B1). Small batches of max 15 ensure focused attention.

Months 5–10

Trade Skill Training

Students continue with practical trade skill training in their selected pathway - HVAC, Nursing and Health Care, Hospitality and Hotel Management, or Construction Workers Training.

Month 8–10

German Language (B2) & Exam Prep

Advance to B2 - the language level required for most German skilled worker visas. Dedicated exam preparation runs alongside trade preparation.

Month 10–11

Document Preparation

GNVBT guides you through the full document checklist — qualification recognition (Anerkennung), credential translations, and application paperwork.

Month 11–12

Visa Application (Fachkräftevisum)

Application for the German Skilled Worker Visa. GNVBT's visa advisory partner supports appointment booking, form filling, and interview preparation.

Month 12–13

Pre-Departure Preparation

Practical preparation for life and work in Germany — banking, accommodation search, health insurance, cultural orientation, and employer introductions.

Month 13–15

Arrival & Career Launch in Germany

You arrive in Germany, complete any local onboarding formalities, and begin your career. GNVBT's post-arrival support continues for the first 90 days.
